On 29 October 2025, diplomatic consultations took place in Tirana between the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Development Cooperation of the Kingdom of Belgium, at the level of Director General.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on bilateral, regional, and international developments, as well as on Albania’s European integration process. Both sides acknowledged the strong relations between the two countries and expressed their commitment to further strengthening political and economic cooperation.

The consultations were conducted in a spirit of friendship and partnership, reaffirming the shared will to deepen dialogue and expand cooperation across all areas of mutual interest.
